ARTIST & ANIMATOR

PAYMENT

- My prices are in USD, please make your payments in USD.
- Full payment is upfront. Payment plans for commissions above $350 can be arranged. Work on your commission will not start until full payment is received.
- I only take payments online through PayPal or Ko-Fi. Payments are processed through square if you commission me at a convention.

REFUND POLICY

- While it is extremely unlikely, I have the right refund you with or without reason.
- For refunds, I offer 100% back if I have not started your piece. 50% back if you've approved the sketch. I will not provide refunds for near-completed or completed pieces. This is non-negotiable.
- I do manual refunds, so filing a chargeback without proof of negligence on my end goes against my terms. This will get you blacklisted from commissioning me.

GENERAL

- If your character design is very complex there will be an additional charge. This is case-by-case, I will let you know if it applies.
- Alternate versions (clothing, backgrounds, expressions, etc.) will also have an additional charge.
- Transparent and/or solid color background (limit one of each) versions are free with any commission if you ask. If you are paying for a shaded commission, I am happy to provide the flatcolor version if you would like.
- Additional character fee applies to a max of 3 characters. Any additional characters after 3 will cost full price.

As the artist, I:
- Have the right to refuse a commission without disclosing a reason.
- Have the right to upload your commission wherever I want. If you would like to keep it private let me know beforehand.

As the commissioner, you may:
- Re-upload your commission with proper credit.
- Use work I have made for you in non-commercial ways. (If you would like to use my art commercially, I'm open to working out a contract)
- Ask for major edits during the sketch phase and minor (e.g. I make a design mistake) edits at or near completion without surcharge.

As the commissioner, you may NOT:
- Use my art for anything cryptocurrency, NFT, or AI related.
- Use my art to spread harmful/hateful messages (racism, ableism, sexism, homo/transphobic etc.)
- Claim my work as your own, including tracing it.
- Alter my work most ways without permission (small edits like cropping for an icon or adding filters/stickers are totally fine)

MAKING A REQUEST

- Tell me the kind of commission you would like (fullbody, icon, sketch, lined, shaded, chibi etc).
- If you see something in my gallery that is not explicitly listed as a commission type, or if you have your own idea, let me know! I am happy to work something out with you.
- I will start lining and coloring the piece upon your approval of the sketch. LET ME KNOW if you want anything changed! Now is the time to ask! I don't charge for sketch alterations unless they go into excess.
- Please provide me visual reference(s) of the character(s) you want me to draw. This can be as simple or as detailed as you want, a description alone is not enough for me to work off of.
- Let me know details you want me to include! This could be anything from expressions to outfits. You can also give me artistic freedom.
- Turnaround time is usually pretty quick, I will let you know personally what my estimate is or if any delays ever come up.
- Respect my boundaries as an artist please. I tend to respond promptly, but I can be busy. I am chronically ill, which can affect response/completion times.

Will Draw:
- Furries/Anthros, Feral/Quad, Fantasy, Partial-mecha
- Fanart, Fan Characters, Pairings (Including OC x Canon)
- Mild gore, Artistic NudityWon't Draw:
- NSFW under this alias (ASK me for my NSFW account and I will link it as long as you are 18+).
- Anything with ill, hateful, or harmful intent (racism, ableism, sexism, homo/transphobia etc.)
- Extreme gore or excessive violence of any kind.
